Melodic Forums emerged as part of the expansion of AudioMelody, our flagship audio production website, but since their establishment in 2002 they have outgrown their stable and have been spun off into their own site with a little more independence. This does not mean that the sites are not still strongly tied, but with many people involved with both sites, Melodic Forums has become a discussion forum for all kinds of musicians, not just those using the free software provided by AudioMelody, and its independence reflects that.
